Love the 2 separate zones and the size

Just the right size for what I needed. Having 2 separate zones is perfect. In the heat of the summer we are now able to drink Red wine at the right temp. no longer drinking warm Red. And yes this unit is quiet!

Horrible service for wine refrigerator unit on warranty

I bought this unit in 2007 and since that it was broken twice and even though it’s on 5 year warranty, WINE ENTHUSIAST refused to fix it for the second time it’s broken and ask me to pay extra for the new unit to ship to me ( STILL UNDER WARRANTY!!!). Never buy here again, share my terrible experience with everyone I know. Spent 5 days on the phone with customer service and promise that their GM will call me back…never called me back. Very disappointed.

Not SILENT

We bought this unit as a gift for a family member. He took it out of service after a short time because it was too loud. We put it in our garage where noise is not much of a problem. It worked OK during the cool months. Now that it’s getting warm in North Texas the unit isn’t doing the job. I retired it when it wouldn’t chill bottles below 65 degrees.

If you use it in a 72 degree air conditioned room and are hard of hearing this is a nice unit.
